Summary: Bikes in Stock is a UK motorcycle marketplace. We display dealer-listed motorcycles and can pass your enquiries to dealers. We do not sell motorcycles. Any sale contract is between you and the dealer.

1. About Bikes in Stock

Bikes in Stock (the “Website”) is operated by Creativity Sells Ltd (Company No. 05691082) (“we”, “us”, “our”). Our role is to provide a platform that helps users discover motorcycles listed by independent UK motorcycle dealers.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

3. Marketplace only (not a retailer)

We do not own, inspect, sell, or supply the motorcycles listed on the Website unless explicitly stated otherwise. Motorcycles are listed by independent dealers. Any purchase, finance arrangement, warranty, part-exchange or other transaction is between you and the relevant dealer.

4. Enquiries

When you submit an enquiry through the Website, we will share the information you provide (for example name, email, telephone number, message and the relevant listing/dealer reference) with the dealer you are enquiring with so they can respond.

5. Listings, accuracy and availability

We aim to keep the Website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that listings, specifications, images, prices, mileage, availability or promotional claims are complete, accurate or current.

You should verify all details directly with the dealer before travelling, placing a deposit, or making any commitment.

  • You must use the Website lawfully and not misuse enquiry forms or contact details.
  • You must not attempt to disrupt the Website, introduce malware, or access areas you are not authorised to access.
