For sale is a 1982 Moto Morini 500sei colour blue which served in Rome with the Polizia Municipale. This one is rare as they only made 24 in livery and only 3 survive worldwide in police trim. I bought this one in 1998 when it was retired. Never got around to getting it UK registered at the time and as it spent most of it's life here in a museum. It too was running and again will need slight fettling to get it back on the road. I have all the paperwork from when I bought it and would like to get around 3999 pounds because it is rare and with it's complete livery. It would be nice if an enthusiast were to buy it and leave it in it's police livery for shows and events rather then strip it and turn it into a civilian model. There are some scratches, so it's not perfect but it was a working bike so it's a genuine example of the Moto Morini 500sei. For me it is the patina thats important together with it's history.
